THE 5 APPLICATION PLAN

Comparing our 5 application plan to that of our competition is not comparing apples to apples. With a long tenure of country club golf course maintenance, we know the exact process necessary to enhance your lawn.

#1
March/April

Application #1 is our spring application, and it sets the tone of our program for the rest of the season. Your lawn will be loving our premium fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass control and spot treatment for broadleaves.

#2
May/June

Application #2 is a seasonal fertilizer application that happens in the late spring. At this point, we can also identify any spots or patches in your lawn that need additional attention. We can then offer you the upgrade of solving any issues without you ever getting your hands dirty.

#3
July

Application #3 is easy to understand if you compare it to football.  Half of the season is over, so it is time to lay a slow-release fertilizer to keep your yard’s performance at its peak as it enters the 3rd quarter.

#4
August/September

Application #4 consists of a seasonal fertilizer application as your lawn makes its way through late summer.

#5
October/November

Application #5 is the most critical to prepare your newly manicured lawn to survive the inclement Midwestern winter season. This application includes a seasonal fertilizer that is designed to develop a deep root system before winter begins. It also includes full treatment of broadleaves.
